I am having trouble with a front wheel. I left a voice mail to call me, Nothing. The next day, talked to someone and they told me the person I needed to talk was busy and they would call me back, NOTHING. The next day sent an email and again, Nothing. Watch out, don't buy from this company, all they want is your money and then goodbye. BIG mistake on my part.

I like how simple the controls are. I didn’t need anyone to explain it to me for long. It just made sense after a few tries. That’s something I really appreciated.

Millie. A wonderful experience dealing with Millie. She assured me it was a perfect match and it was. Its a beautiful chair and everything is magical on it. The onboard charging is a perfect asset for me as well as the foot rest as it is so easy to maneuver around as I have trouble lifting my legs its my ‘chariot of “fire”
Response from All Star WheelchairsOct 14, 2026
Carol, “chariot of fire” is the best thing a customer has called one of our chairs. We’ll make sure Millie sees this — she’ll be thrilled the match she promised turned out to be the right one. Glad the onboard charging and the footrest are making the day-to-day easier on your legs. One small housekeeping note: if you haven’t registered your chair yet, take a minute to do it at allstarwheelchairs.com/pages/warranty-registration so your full warranty coverage stays active. Enjoy the ride, and we’re here if you ever need anything.

Others who read this - please look at their AI Generated response to this and read our documented experience below, see their failure to actually do anything for their disabled customers - like the other 37% of 1 star reviews. DO NOT order from this company, here's why: Ordered a wheelchair from All Star Wheelchairs on April 10, 2026 (Order #11209). Delivered April 28, 2026. The chair was defective on arrival: the backrest fabric was too taut and the chair would not open and close properly. This left the buyer (who is disabled and relies on the chair for mobility) without a usable wheelchair from day one. Timeline of attempts to resolve: May 11, 2026: Called about the opening/closing problem. Left voicemail. No return call. May 15, 2026: Called again. Promised a callback that never came. May 19, 2026: Spoke with Michell Ramirez in customer support. Promised a callback that never came. May 26, 2026: Sent follow-up email. No response. May 27, 2026: Spoke with Michell Ramirez, identified that the backrest fabric was too tight, and requested a replacement part. She escalated it. May 28, 2026: Received email from Michell Ramirez confirming a replacement part had been requested and that resolution could take up to two weeks. July 11, 2026: Sent follow-up email on the status of the promised part. No response. August 11, 2026: Called customer service. Promised a callback that never came. The replacement part promised in writing on May 28 never arrived. Multiple promised callbacks were not made and follow-up emails went unanswered for months. When we later requested a full refund and prepaid return label (we still have the original box), All Star replied that the unit was outside its 45-day return window and directed us to take the chair to an authorized dealer for a new evaluation report. Subsequent replies were nearly identical form responses that ignored the May 28 written promise and the months of non-response. We gave notice of the defect well inside the 45-day period. All Star accepted the diagnosis, promised a specific part, then failed to send it and stopped responding. Only after the window had expired because of their delay did they refuse a return and restart the process as if the prior diagnosis and promise had never occurred. This pattern is not unique. Multiple other 1-star reviews on this site describe the same issues: unreturned calls, unanswered emails, promised parts or resolutions that never arrive, and generic public replies asking customers to “call us” that are then followed by more silence. These delays fall hardest on disabled and elderly buyers who depend on the equipment for basic mobility and cannot easily arrange dealer visits or wait months for a response. What other buyers can do: Document every call, email, and promise with dates. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (company is in North Las Vegas, NV; they are not BBB-accredited). File a consumer complaint with the Nevada Attorney General’s office and with the Attorney General in your own state. If you paid by credit card, open a dispute with your card issuer and provide the timeline and emails. File a complaint with the FTC. When All Star replies to a public review asking you to call, reply with the specific dates of prior unanswered calls and any written promises they failed to keep. We asked only for the refund that should have been offered when they failed to deliver the part they promised. They declined. Buyers should not assume a written promise of a replacement part will be honored or that the company will stand behind the product once their window has closed due to their own inaction. To All Star Wheelchairs: Do not reply to this review with a polite form response repeating what I articulated and then asking me to call you 'directly' or send an eMail. Those replies appear on nearly every negative review here, and multiple reviewers have followed up to say the promised call never happened. If a real person is actually reading this post, reply with clear acknowledgment of the May 28, 2026 email that promised the replacement part and the specific dates of the unanswered calls listed above. The only acceptable resolution is a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label for Order #11209. Anything else (another “please call us,” another dealer referral, or another generic apology) will confirm for other readers that the public replies are automated and do not lead to actual resolution. Response from All Star WheelchairsOct 14, 2026
David and Katie, we read the full timeline and you’re right. The backrest promised on May 28 never shipped, the callbacks didn’t happen, and the return window closed because of our delay, not yours. We’ve refunded Order #11209 in full. The $1,949 is processing back to your original payment method with no deductions, and we’ve emailed you directly. We’re sorry it took this long.

shipping was quick, packaging was fine nothing damaged so that’s good
Response from All Star WheelchairsOct 14, 2026
Glad it got to you fast and in one piece, Weston. Hang on to the box and packaging for a little while just in case. Now that it’s out of the box, we hope the chair itself earns a word or two as well — if anything about it falls short, email [email protected] and we’ll sort it. Thanks for the review.

I am a brand new customer. Ordered my chair 3 weeks ago, and still have no idea when I am going to receive the chair!! I called the first time to be told UPS had picked up the chair and I would receive it. 2 weeks later they said order was lost and they were sending me a new order. Got an email stating the tracking number for Fed-Ex. Like the UPS order it has not been shipped YET!! When I called yesterday they said I would receive my chair tomorrow, but there is no indication from Fed-Ex they even have my order let alone going to deliver it tomorrow. I am very concerned this is a fake company and is going to try to steal my money!! I am so sorry I ordered from them!!
Response from All Star WheelchairsOct 14, 2026
Jeff, I’m sorry. Three weeks after ordering you should have had a chair, not a tracking number that didn’t move. A shipment going missing with the carrier after pickup is something we can file a claim on, but what happened next is on us: the replacement should have been handed to FedEx the same day it was created, and nobody should have told you “tomorrow” before FedEx had it in hand. I understand why that made you think the worst. We are a real company with a real warehouse at 4512 Andrews Street in North Las Vegas, and you will receive what you paid for. If the replacement has arrived since you wrote this, please look it over, and if anything arrived damaged, email us photos of the chair and packaging within 48 hours so we can file the carrier claim; if it’s simply not the right fit, your 7-day risk-free return runs from the delivery date, not the order date. If it still hasn’t arrived, a full refund of your order is yours for the asking. Either way, reply here or email us with “Jeff – Trustpilot” in the subject line, and you’ll have a confirmed delivery status or a refund confirmation back the same business day.
