Compassionate and understanding team
I needed a medication rush delivered and the customer sevice rep was very patient and answered all my questions. Then one of my pets passed shortly after filling 2 prescriptions. Allivet was very understanding and compassionate in helping me feal with the medications I no longer needed. They helped me cancel autoships and make sure everything was updated.
