This company is not trustworthy. They only shipped a portion of my order and will not refund for the missing items. They literally stole a couple of hundred dollars from me by not providing the product or a refund.

I have had nothing but priblems with this pet pharmacy. My vet sent over a prescription on 5/19/25 it was filled by Allivet and charged to my credit card.( Excellent price) I was also charged 2.75 on top of the original payment. The could not tell me whst it was. They reversed that charge. Few days later that charge of 2.75 again chargwd to my credit card. Allivet tells me they show nothing. On 5/28/25 Allivet charges me the full price again for the prescription. I called them and they say they show nothing and its a pending charge and it will drop off. I explain to them its not a pending charge, but a charge posted to my credit card, not once but twice. They tell me they will expedite the issue. I hear nithing further from them and take it up with my bank. Now I have to waut 10 days before its refunded to me on top if closing my card down. Something so simple has turned into a BIG problem and the company won't work with me. Be careful should you decide to deal with this company.

Allivet is always timely with my dogs prescriptions. Any time I have had to call with a question allivet people are always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive and generally cheaper than buying direct from the vet. Would highly recommend.
