I feel that having to mail in a prescription is archaic for customers. Your accept them via email or fax from vet office, owner should have the same courtesy. That way it doesn't take 10 business day for you to receive the prescription than another week plus to receive my order. It was nice that the CSR I spoke to gave me free 2 day shipping but the way you receive prescription from owners needs to change.

I had great communication with the staff back and forth when getting a new heartworm medicine approved and back to them in a timely so they could ship the medicine to me. They also gave me a nice discount.

Ordered a medication that my dog has been on for years and will remain on for the rest of her life for survival. Have ordered through Allivet multiple times. Vet sent in refill approval, emailed and called this company. I sent screenshots of approval and a paper copy and over a week later, they still refused to send the medication. Ordered from a different company, was approved and had order shipped that day. Told Allivet to cancel and refund and all of the sudden it’s shipped and they wouldn’t refund me. Haven’t received anything so who knows what the end result will be. Horrible company that shouldn’t be trusted with your pets needs.

I never received my prescription even after the vet provided a new prescription AND I approved and responded to the confirmation email. When I contacted customer service they said I never responded to the confirmation email. After I sent a screenshot of the email I responded with , customer service said they were sorry and told me they will send it out via next day shipping. Three days later i received a notification that a shipping label had been generated(what happened to the next day shipping???) I still have not received my order your tracking says June 6th. Because you did not ship it when you said I will not get it if it does show up, which I seriously doubt at this point, until June 9th because I will be out of town starting June 6th. Your company has failed in every way on this order. I just ordered my dogs flea medication from Amazon as a result of my experience on this order and especially on the performance of your epic failure by customer service.
