Allivet prices are generally in line with other online pet Rx companies. I believe the quality is very good. My only issue is with the AutoShip plan. Of course there is a discount for signing up for a medication to be shipped automatically without a customer having to get online and manually order it, and there is free shipping for AutoShip. They do send a reminder before it ships, but I have experienced issues when I have to adjust the next scheduled shipment. Our pet is not on a regular schedule for some meds and we administer 'as needed' so I have to adjust the next shipment since I still have enough medication on hand. But several times recently I get notices of a pending shipment, though I had previously changed the next shipdate to come several weeks later. They asked me to provide them a screen shot to show the date on their website to prove this. So annoying, and more time had to be spent online. Allivet is responsive to questions though, and each incident has been resolved, thankfully.

Prices are lower then Chewy so i switched my dogs meds to Allivet. Service has been great!

The shipping which uses USPS has been a problem for the last 4 orders. I don't mind paying the higher price if you could use fedex or ups for my orders. The usps takes 7 to 10 days to arrive and they will make us go to the Post Office building to collect the package instead of leaving it in the mailbox. I have stopped the auto ship unless you can guarantee shipment by another vender.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They claim they are in Florida; they are in Manila. My dogs pills NEVER arrived and the tracking number does not work. Chewy is the BEST

I have been using Allivet since Walmart Pet RX would fulfill the orders using them. With Walmart Pet RX the prices were a lot cheaper! So when Walmart decided to stop providing pet rx I decided to stick with Allivet out of convenience but their prices are on the high side. Example of pricing based on orders for Desmopressin Acetate 0.2 mg Tablets: Walmart Pet RX (fulfilled by Allivet) 7/18/23 Qty 120 Price $54 subtotal Allivet 9/10/23 (I get this medication every 2 months) Qty 120 Price $112.80 I had to call Allivet and ask them about their pricing since it didn’t make sense. They gave me the same rate as Walmart Pet RX but the offer was only good for so many orders. Now it’s finally $85.20 which is the same as Chewy. Also an annoying thing about their website is you cannot update the card on file I have always had to contact customer service to update my card. Plus I never know what card is going to be charged since I can’t see what card I have on file. Also there’s reward points except you cannot apply them to autoship orders yourself so you have to contact customer service again.

These people are over the top wonderful.
