There were no problems. Everything was smooth and handled professionally with confirmation of the correct order and communication for support. I really enjoy doing business with Allivet as they will work with you to get the order correct and work with the veterinarian to get their approval. I am very pleased with their services and plan to continue as long as I am able to care for animals.

Reliable Communication and Timely Shipping
I was able to mail Buddy's prescription to them. They received it without incident, and shipped my order which arrived in time for his treatment.

Good prices, excellent customer service
I happened on Allivet while looking for lower pricing of pet meds. They carried exactly what we needed and the pricing was awesome! Example: my vet was charging us $76 for meds. Allivet charged us $18 for the same meds, plus shipping. How can you go wrong with that? They also contacted our vet for refills. We've switched and have been using Allivet for our pets meds since early 2025 and have had no issues with stock, quality or shipping. And Allivets customer service is the best! Very knowledgeable and kind.

Allivet is an Ethical and advanced company.
I have been using Allivet for my cats flee meds. This has saved me possible thousands of dollars of going to Vet. Also I inadvertently signed up for auto refill. I was able to quickly get that changed. They did not make it complicated or penalize me.

Incompetent and frustrating
Incompetent and frustrating. Poor communication and careless handling of prescriptions. Allivet only requested partial refills on a valid 1 yr Rx, then claimed my vet did it. When I paid my vet to send in another Rx w/refills they showed me that Allivet only requested the 3 refills the first time around, and then on the new request only requested 2 refills. I received an email from Allivet stating they received the new Rx, but that there were 0 refills. This is an impressive level of incompetence and deceit. Won't be using them again!
