Allivet delayed my order and did not process it on time as promised. Their delay affected the timeliness of giving my dog her medicine on time. I was very disappointed and probably won't order from Allivet again

I had to call Allivet multiple times…
I had to call Allivet multiple times and, in between, call my vet multiple times to get an order for two of my dogs…PopTart and Angie…straightened out. To the point that I spent a good portion of my afternoon on the phone with both! Even when my vet confirmed they had faxed in the proper order and I thought it was resolved, Allivet still claimed they didn’t have it. Another phone call!!
To make matters worse, I needed to receive the meds before I was going away. It wasn’t a rush when I initially places the order, but with all that transpired before the order was places, a rush was required. I’m still not going to receive the meds before I go, so I now have had to make additional arrangements to be sure the meds are received and administered as soon as they arrive.
Further, my vet instructed me to switch our dogs (PopTart and Angie) from Tri-Heart Plus, which they’ve been taking for years, to Interceptor Plus after one of our foster dogs deposited whip worm in our yard. Disappointingly, Allivet would not buy back the unopened boxes of Tri-Heart Plus that we had ordered from Allivet but now can’t use with the vet-recommended switch to Interceptor Plus. That also upsets me. I’ve been a long-time customer and I expect much better treatment for my loyalty. (A simple $25 that expires rather soon…too soon for me to even use!!! …does not come close to the money Ive lost, nor can use (with the expiration date.)
