I spent an extra $22 to upgrade my shipping to 1 business day and they instead sent it via ground (5-7 days). This is completely unacceptable for medication. Did they refund my shipping? Yes. But they made my dog suffer from an ear infection for an extra week. If this is how they do business, there is no reason to choose them over Chewy.

This company has very affordable prices for the meds we needed. Regular prices for Vetmedin can be quite high. They saved me hundreds of dollars. We have since lost our beagle boy who needed the meds, but I would go through them again in a heartbeat.
