The company worked to get correct approval from vet to place the order. One thing they overlooked was she ordered 45 tablets from her vet but only received 30. Also shipping time needs some adjusting.

Completely horrible experience. They make it sound like it’s quick and easy to order from them. Then once they have your money they sen you to get an original copy of your prescription. Then after you mail that in since they don’t accept digital copies, they can’t find it. Don’t bother calling in. You’ll just be routed to some clueless Indian who doesn’t speak English and doesn’t care or know how to fix your problem. 3+ weeks later and still no medicine for my dog.
