Much better prices for our elderly dogs medications and health needs. Allivet called our Vet and got approval the next day after ordering. Easier process, than having to go to the vet and paying their higher prices. Just ordered Sentinel heart worm medication for her.

Checkout was difficult. First it tells you to choose a shipping method but there was no shipping method choice until you clicked on your address as if you needed to edit the address. I did not need to edit the address but that's what it takes to get the shipping choices to show up. Then it wouldn't take my order until I clicked "APPLY" for the coupon code even though I did not have a coupon code to put in the box. Cumbersome platform to use.

The price increased in my cart! I put the dog food in my cart. The price was $80.99. I applied a code for $3 off. The price decreased to $77.99. Then, you made me create an account and suddenly the price of the food in my cart was $85.99!!! The code still applied so I was going to be charged $82.99. There is absolutely no explanation for the increase. So I deleted the item and started over. I ended up getting the original price after doing this. But I'm pretty annoyed that you tried to scam an extra $5 out of me WITH NO EXPLANATION. Not impressed.
