Great customer service

Allivet sends prescription requests to my vet on days and at times they are not open. When the vet doesn't reply (because he's not there!), Allivet emails ME and says "SECOND REQUEST" being sent to my vet. Even after I call my vet and verify that the request has been approved, Allivet continues to send emails... "THIRD REQUEST," "FOURTH REQUEST" and so on. Plus, unless you choose fast (translate that into EXPENSIVE) shipping, your order takes FOREVER! Your dog could be dead by the time your order arrives. Save yourself the aggravation and get the meds from your vet. May be more expensive, but at least you have them when you need them, and so does your pet.

I have limited experience. Completed an order for over $500 for medications for my horse. After spending a lot of time doing that ( creating account etc) went to check out only to find paypal not accepted for prescription meds. That information should be available to potential customers BEFORE they spend time filling out order forms. It's a deal breaker for me.

It's always a challenge trying to decide how much to invest in the health of a pet. A good vet is expensive; a good specialty vet is extremely expensive. I tend to get what I pay for in terms of care. However, meds provided by the vets offices are clearly marked up. When I can get meds or refills from Allivet instead of the vet's office, the savings can be significant. Service is prompt, and there are no problems with delivery. This is a great way to help manage your veterinary healthcare costs.

Quick. Easy. They have had to try to contact my vet more than once and didn't mind multiple attempts before asking my help to contact. The office had been going through some changes and Allivet was patient and didn't give up trying. Thank you Allivet.

I made an account with Allivet less than a week ago, I have not ordered anything from them and for some reason this morning I find a unauthorized charge to my bank account from them. When I called the hotline the representative stated this was to validate my account. Why do they need to validate my account if I haven’t placed an order or even added any products to my shopping cart. They are thieves.

Allivet was recommended to me by a friend. My first experience was challenging at best. i thought I would give the a second chance. This time I had an RX for Clindamycin and checked with their customer service about what was the difference between Clindamycin Hydrochloride 75mg capsules and Clintabs 75mg Tablets. She responded well there is Hydrochoride in the first one and it is a capsule...DUH....and I needed to check with my vet to see which one I should be ordering. After I went further on their site and looked at the Q&A's under Clintabs, it says right there Clindamycin Hydrochloride is the GENERIC for Clindamycin Need much better training for your staff Allivet! Other issues as well!!!!
