We have used Allivet for our dogs Cushings pills since she was diagnosed. Everything is easy to order and always comes at promised time. When first ordering we called them and they helped us through getting approval from our Vet (pills much more expensive through Vets office). I would highly recommend using them - good pricing and ease of use.

Spent time working out a complex order, only to find a major item on backorder - should have shown that when viewing prices, not when adtually trying to add it to cart. Then spent time trying to source alternative sizes or less desirable alternatives, only to find that the 10% coupon expired at Eastern time, so just a couple of minutes before I completed my order. The expiry time should have been shown very obviously. So a doubly frustrating order.

This is the 3rd I order medicine for my dog thru Allivet. So far, no problem; it's arrived right on time, ordering process is seamless and pricing much, much better than the vet.

Need my dog's heart medication and shipping not updated for last 7 days so I called to get the story. No info and I can't inquire until 10 business days have passed. I have no info now so need to go purchase at the vet just in case. Now I am paying double this month. Cancelled all furure auto ship. No confidence anymore. I might add.. when I got shipping notice said it would arrive Monday buy 8 pm. This Wednesday and they have no idea when I'll get it.
