First order with Allivet, and customer service not only delayed the order because they did not follow original instructions, but then consistently lied about the status of the order, and then lied about providing expedited shipping to correct the delay - NOT! Beware of a company that does not own their mistakes, and sends curt e-mails.

Have ordered from them a few times and unfortunately the last time, the post office delivered to the wrong box and I received my package 4 days after it was delivered. I called Allivet right away when I did not receive my package and they said they had to do an investigation and would call me withing 5 days. I never received a call from anyone. Luckily, one of my neighbors returned the package to me but if they hadn't, I would have been upset that Allivet didn't bother to check to see if I had received my pet's medication. This shows an issue with customer service. Follow through is critical and if this ever happened again and the meds weren't received, I would certainly expect them to replace them at no cost.
