Shipping is insane!! its about 30% of my total cost. which I think is unacceptable for two throw away ice packs

This was the second time I placed an order from here. I paid extra money to get the pills because they were heart pills for my dog who is a little older. They sent out the package and it got lost. I had to call again and tell them and they said they'd get it to me the next business day. Then 2 days go by and it doesn't even say they're shipped. I had to call back and speak to a supervisor and she said she could get them to me next business day. But I received them two business days later. I call back again to let them know and all they say is they can give me is store credit for the shipping. I told them paying 60 dollars for pills and extra money to be shipped out to get them two weeks later wasn't good enough. They didn't say anything and I told them I wouldn't be ordered from them again and they hung up in my face. Inappropriate and unprofessional.
