Order placed online charged the wrong credit card. I had three on file. I deleted two, added one and placed my order. The next day I was checking my bank account only to realize I was overdrawn due to their error! When I called, I was shuffled around to three people who were as all nasty in tone with me. They told me they COULD NOT credit my one card and charge the correct card. RIDICULOUS for a SO CALLED customer service department not to do!! They said it was a completed sale, NOT TRUE! The transaction was on hold. As a result my account is overdrawn. What company dosen't have the capability to do a refund and resale on a credit card in the technology age?? Apparently only ALLIVET!!! They refused to help me after being a faithful customer for years!!!!!! I am bringing my business to PETSMART!

Amazing Savings!!! I have been ordering my dog's medicine from Allivet for the past few months and I save over a $100 dollars by purchasing his meds through here instead of directly from my vet. Allivet verify' s the prescription for me and then it's sent directly to my door. I love it!

Your online site is great. Wish you had dog toys. I found sometimes the response time of my finger taps was very sensitive. I had to go back a couple of times to delete and or redo my order. Overall good process. Like the fact you can contact my Vet for me about the Rovera(Carprofen).

I order Vetoryl on a monthly basis as my dog has Cushing's Disease. Due to shipping delays, this last order took a very long time to ship -- I selected free shipping and it arrived at the 10-day mark. The site does specify 5-10 days for free shipping but previous orders always arrived within 5 days (I live in Texas and the order ships from Florida). The timing on this recent order caused my pet to miss his meds a few days. Next time, I will ensure I order even earlier so this doesn't happen again.
