Allivet is always on time with reorder and has good prices. They carry items that others don't. When my cat died and I didn't need my autoship order that I received several weeks prior. They were very kind and refunded me BEFORE I shipped the items back. This trust in me shipping the items back was surprising and impressive. Of course, I did ship them back right away!

I put a product on automatic renewal thst originally ordered on the 14 th to receive by the 21 st . The following month Allivet ordered in on the third without confirming first . I let it go but this month they ordered it without permission on the 1st . All I got was a text saying thank you for your order . I called customer service and representative sent a complaint up the chain for at this rate I’ll be be twice a month . Could not get hold of the upper level rep who left a message with no contact info . So pissed

I am extremely satisfied with Allivet. Their customer service is wonderful, their allergy medicine is a lot less costly than other competitors, and their shipping speed is very quick.

You stopped carrying my dogs medicine Niacinamide 500mg. You should have your system, "say out of stock" instead of "stopped". Plus I ordered the reshipment of Doxycycline Hyclate 100mg qty 30 that shipped April 24, 2024 and I did not receive it until May 3, 2024.. I had to call in to get more shipped to me because I needed it right away.
