Autoship is fine
Autoship is fine, but the clain of cash back is false. Also free shipping is false, tried to combine multiple orders for the free shipping promo Allivet said it could not be done.

Slow to receive
We ordered meds for our dog...heart meds no less. we ordered them on the 1st and the tracking states delivery 5/13! if you need meds quick do not order them here!!!

Autoship Issues
Everytime my autoship comes due I need to change it as i am not finished with my cat's food due to getting double shipments. I have emailed and asked that the extra shipment be removed. I should not have to do this. If I got to the website and changed the date on the autoship that date should be the new date for shipping.

Authorizations requested and processed very quickly. Orders sent in a timely matter. Appreciate not having to worry about running out of anything before I receive more supplies!

Keeping in touch about the RX form for…
Keeping in touch about the RX form for my dog's meds. RX received and arrival date given, now the Post Office is moving it around Southeast Tenn. Just glad that Allivet and myself got the important stuff done.
