I had a very interesting moving day with Alliance Van Lines. I was disassembling my furniture for packing when the crew reached. They asked me to sit aside and they disassembled it by themselves while the few guys were packing the other stuff. Everyone else provide the same kind of protocol while moving? I don’t know it was my first experience. Highly recommended from my side.

Alliance van line and the team were punctual with the service provided by the company. They helped me move my households and furniture to my new house. They were very pro and unto it promptly and swiftly. They were so good working with me. The quotation was very reasonable and very interesting that it was very good in such budget. Rosy promises at the signing. Once you signed the contract, the service goes to the toilet. After notify their brooked truck delivered service for one week, I still can not get a estimated delivered date. We are staying at empty house! they don't have any vans/trucks. they made sounds like they have tons of trucks!!!

The 2 crew turned up on the dot and were meticulous in how they packed, took care with all the items and were super efficient. We have previously used other comparison sites and had mover crew who worked at a snail’s pace to extend the hours. Not so these guys – amazing work rate, cheerful, polite and really lovely guys. Prices were significantly cheaper than other comparison sites. It’s so refreshing to encounter a company with such great customer service. Team from Alliance Van Lines was extremely competent, professional, and courteous. They moved furniture to my new 2nd floor flat which were having stairs and without complaint. They took time and concern to wrapper every piece of furniture and I never noticed them bump or scratches on objects while they moved about. They disassembled and reassembled some of the larger piece of furniture as well. Moving is always an extremely stressful cognitive operation but these guys really helped take the edge off. Thank you!
