I set up a last minute move. I was given a quote and during pick up and delivery was given a more expensive price. I was told i had to pay extra for gas and tolls. The men were less than helpful during pick with my questions regarding space and packing concerns for my more fragile pieces which they said would be put in crates. Upon delivery multiple items were broken and lost hardware to put different pieces of furniture back together. Customer service gave me the run around until the actual delivery and did not note any of my concerns in the file. Now they are telling me I incurred additional costs for space according to the men that showed up. It's all hear say. The actual inventory was vague. I would not recommend nor use this company or any company they suggest again

Worsed experience ever I hired Alliance to move from NV to FL I was told that it would take 10-14 days they pressure you to book immediately and if you find another company that is less expensive call them and they will meet there price. When you find another company that is less expensive everyone else is poorly rated and they will not meet the price and convince you that if you use that company you will have a bad experience. 1st lie Then when you call to confirm pickup they tell you there is a 2 days window ( you tell them you are moving on a specific date) they change that 2nd lie. The movers are not Alliance Van lines they are a different company 3rd lie. They lie on the cubic footage 4 lie. The pick up driver will tell you they will deliver an you select a date. 5th lie. You stuff is unloaded into a warehouse for up to 30 business days 6th lie. It took my stuff 47 days. And they damaged my bike by stacking boxes and furniture on top of it

They quoted me the lowest possible price and made the average sizes of the items I have them as small as possible. By the time the movers got here I was charged and extra $2000. Go somewhere else
