I moved to another state for work and needed reliable movers. The team showed up early, wrapped my furniture tightly, and loaded everything securely for the long trip. They called me during transit to update me on the delivery time.

The crew managed my office move with eight desk and several computers. They labeled every box and packed each monitor separately. Everything was set up properly at the new place, and I highly recommend this team.

I was truly astounded by the crew that came to my house for the move. Their exceptional care in handling my delicate possessions was remarkable, and their efficiency was unmatched. They made the entire moving process feel effortless, and their friendly and professional attitude was cherry on top.

How quickly and efficiently they packed everything into the truck and how well-organized they were left me in awe. They came up with creative solutions to move some of my bigger items, which I much appreciated. I value their insight tremendously.

Quick, friendly, treated our things with care, and quickly moved us across the bay! The three-person crew was a pleasure to deal with and did everything we asked of them. I know that I will never use another company besides them again!

PHEMOMENAL EXPERIENCE! I found out about my move 3 weeks before I had to be out of my home! My anxiety level was through the roof, I had not done a state to state move in over 30 years, I spoke to Paul(I thought he may be a distant cousin), and after speaking with him for a few minutes, he immediately put my mind at ease! Paul was professional, and obviously experienced, and most of all her truly understood what I was dealing with in regard to my anxiety! He spent close to an hour with me on the phone if not longer, and he not only answered all my questions, but his professionalism and knowledge far exceeded my expectations! From that point he responded any and all of my questions and concerns, as well he was available for all my follow calls(believe there were many), and he even provided me an after hours text line so if I had a question at anytime he was available! Their customer service team was AWESOME! THANK YOU AGAIN Jennifer for being so patient with many many questions! The guys arrived, looked through everything before putting one item on the truck, and once they went through everything, they loaded my stuff on the truck, and I wasn't charged a dollar more(thank god for the inventory call 3 days before because i had a few extra items to add)! The items were delivered quickly, and Paul explained the time frame honestly, and did not make promises he could not keep! Also the guys had traffic issues when delivering my stuff, but always called to let me know they were behind! My company reimbursed me for the move, and when I explained how great my experience was they are now using Paul from Alliance exclusively, and my sister is moving as well and has used Alliance Van Lines as well!! Do yourself a favor, and use Alliance Van Lines for all your moves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sent us four men and a 28' truck, and they moved us out of a 2,000 square foot house with THREE levels in under two hours, got us across town, AND moved us into the new house in under two hours. The antiques were handled very well and thoroughly/neatly wrapped. Additionally, we had 25 pallets we needed to be moved and thought they wouldn't fit on the truck. So we'd reserved a separate U-Haul for the following day. They were so space-efficient in their truck packing that there was room for all the pallets, which they loaded up for us without an issue or complaint. We canceled the U-Haul, and they saved us a lot of time and effort the following day. I'd HIGHLY recommend them for your move!!

I'm a repeat customer; they're always on time, friendly and efficient. They did an outstanding job of making sure everything is where you want. The price was terrific with no hidden fees. Would recommend!
