The email you received contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form. You can simply print the barcode form and return it with your hair sample. My test seems to have gone missing
My test seems to have gone missing! I posted it and heard nothing for 4 weeks. Got in touch, now I need to redo the test and wait again.

Avoid! I bought online an Allergy&Intolerance blood test on the 4th of December and sent back on the 9th of December and still no any updates. I have emailed them many times no response. Please respond and confirm that you received my blood test and email my results.
