I recently visited the London Allergy and Immunology Clinic and met with Professor Rudenko, an allergy specialist, for ongoing respiratory and skin reactions which I have had for about 35 years. From my first appointment his approach was caring, thorough and reassuring. He listened carefully to my symptoms, reviewed my medical history and explained each step of the testing process clearly. I was given clear & understandable information on costs, outcomes and further tests. The next stage was to conduct some tests. His Team were helpful, communicative and provided information that I needed. The 1st set of stool and blood tests were carried out and the results were discussed in detail so that I fully understood my triggers and treatment options. I was given a course of antibiotics to address the issues identified and then another set of tests were conducted to compare a before and after analysis. The results were definitive. I was then provided with a kit of solutions to address the results of the outcomes from the tests. I was also advised to take a graft test to identify food allergies, which I did and the outcome was discussed. The treatment plan provided clear details of my allergies and has already made a noticeable difference. I feel far more confident managing my allergies now. Over the years I have seen several Allergy Specialists who did not identify the root causes of my rashes and pain. The consultation with Professor Rudenko has been a game changer for my lifestyle. Overall, Professor Redunko and his Team are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping their patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking specialist allergy care.
