Scheduling and meeting with the provider were hassle free however once I got labs done, no one has reached back out or answer my messages. The provider was sweet and listened, had no issues with her. The app and website are horrific. You never know when you're gonna be able to access your account because there always seems to be "an error has occurred" wether through the app or browser(tried chrome and edge). I'm probably just going to find a local doctor that I can get lab results back quickly with better communication.

DO NOT USE ALLARA. I tried using Allara to get to the root cause of my acne but was presented with band aid solutions that I have been given in the past (go on birth control or use Accutane). If you are truly interested in getting to the root cause of your symptoms, do not use them.

I'm so thankful for Allara and their amazing team. My provider, Shannon Beason, has truly been supportive. I feel heard, understood and genuinely cared for, which I hadn't experienced before with several primary doctors while managing my condition.

The only way I’m getting a response is by writing a bad review here. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been trying to handle an insurance issue since January 6th. No one responds on the app and no one has responded to my emails. On January 15th I finally got a response after my review. I immediately sent a follow up and have not heard a word since. I need to get this resolved NOW!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

First let me say the sign up process, scheduling, and first visit were all amazingly simple and hassle-free. My provider was knowledgeable and understanding. I had a prescription notification from my pharmacy within an hour after my appointment. The problem came after I had an allergic reaction to the medication prescribed. Their communication is absolutely abysmal (through phone and messaging). I still have not received a new prescription but they continue to send me reminders to schedule my labs. I can't do the labs until I've been on the medication for 4 weeks. I cancelled my follow up appointment today (1/26) bc there's no point if I can't get the meds I need. An alleged "real human" texted me to ask why I cancelled. When I responded they ghosted me once again! I give up. I will pursue treatment for this condition with my primary care provider, at least they have real humans and answer the phone...

I love working with my Allara team! The care is so tailored to me and I always feel so supported. My health journey has always been so complicated but I feel so at ease knowing I’m in good hands.

Can't say enough about this platform!

Going through perimenopause/menopause is a huge deal and can feel horrible. If you then have doctors and professionals who don’t listen to you and make you doubt your own awareness and feelings… that makes everything harder!! Leave! Leave them and come here. Here they listen to you. I feel so seen and I am now motivated to go through this journey!
