It is easy to feel defeated and jaded, as a woman seeking a new care provider. The concierge service takes implied risk of this off of your plate, and truly connects a person to a care provider. Every provider ive seen has been thorough and detailed, listened, and had a clear plan of care. It really has been smooth, without feeling like its a fight to be heard.

Ms Candice was amazing she was so kind and caring. She made sure to ask all questions and address my issues and gave me feedback on what’s next. She definitely superseded my expectations.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3:45 AT 3:40 I TRIED CHECKING IN THE VIRTUAL LINK DIDNT WORK, I ATTEMPTED NUMEROUS TIMES, MESSAGED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT RESPOND RIGHT AWAY I COULDNT FIND A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL, BUT YET THEY CHARGED ME $100.00 FOR A NO SHOW I WAS THERE THEY WERE A NO SHOW! I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY TELLING ME IF I RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED REPLIED BACK EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED WAS TOLD TO REACH OUT TO CONCIERGE I CALLED TWICE AND VOICEMAIL. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT HOW DO THEY EXPECT A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. NO THANK YOU THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME.

My appointment with Stefanie Addington, MD meant more to me than I can put into words. From the very beginning, she led with compassion and genuine care, making me feel truly seen, heard, and understood. She took the time to explain why things were happening and why each part of the plan mattered, which helped ease so much of my anxiety. The action plan felt thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to me, not overwhelming, but empowering. I left feeling hopeful, reassured, and deeply grateful for the level of care and kindness she showed.

First appointment was canceled the time it started. second appointment the virtual link didn't even work. I would not recommend this site.
