My first visit was phenomenal! The nurse practitioner was extremely patience, attentive and most importantly LISTENED to All of my concerns. She throughly went over my medical history as well as family history. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in the next step in my treatment plan. I’m looking forward to our next visit ☺️.

They weren’t upfront about any costs and refused to answer emails after I had questions about my bill. They push the same things as everyone else, birth control. Tried charging $100 for a 30 minute zoom call after saying they took my insurance. I would not recommend them at all.

I liked how easy it was to schedule appointments, lab work etc. Dr. Shannon Capp really listens to my concerns and we were able to determine a healthy path forward!
