Allara is literally changing my life. I have spent the greater part of a decade practically begging and pleading for help and answers from doctors who dismiss me and don’t seem to care about my suffering. In two short weeks I have had three appointments, received a new prescription, had labs run twice, and have three new referrals for specialists to FINALLY get to the bottom of my symptoms. My provider is incredibly thorough and seems like she ACTUALLY CARES about helping me and making sure I get answers. I am not being hyperbolic when I say this: signing up for Allara’s program is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years.

I love the ease of health management and the awesome care I get from Allara! I live that nothing feels rushed. Most things are automated and it makes it easy to ask questions! I enjoy having really RD’s who understand that small changes are still success! After a life of YoYo dieting, the guidance and encouragement I get from the Allara team for health change is life changing.

Company is very proactive. Concierge are always super helpful with reminding me to make appointments. Especially since I forget to do so with my busy schedule. The doctors are very thorough and open to options that benefit my health; even enlightening as to what we can do together to help me achieve my health goals.

Last update: It took the CEO of the company to come in and rectify this whole mess. I can say she was empathetic, apologetic, and knew how to communicate effectively but sadly those who work for her lack these basic skills. I was refunded but still would not recommend this platform at all. Their customer service is terrible. It's sad because I feel the CEO means well. ANTOHER UPDATE: I thought they would have the decency to stick by their word after being blasted every which way possible on their fraud but nope, still ghosting and shitty experience. I was going to get a call from a customer experience manager today at a set time and it never came. I will be reporting this company and continuing to fight for my money back. TALK ABOUT FRAUD. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS!!! UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. NOW THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND ARE GHOSTING ME!!! THIS REPLY ON THIS POST IS FAKE AS HELL!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Original post: I was hopeful to to get help on issues I have been facing through this platform and yet they falsely advertised. I inputted everything that they asked for and all of my insurance information including photos where they said I was in network with one provider. It took a whole month just to get an appointment (mind you you are paying a monthly fee) and I get an appointment finally and get all these tests done for them to come back around on month 2 to say my insurance is out of network. I would have never signed up if they correctly checked that information to begin with. I wouldn't have even had an appointment if they were honest and just said I was out of network from the beginning. Instead they lied and now expect me to pay more money. This platform is a scam and a lie. I wish I would have done better research and not let my emotions of really wanting help with my issues get in the way.

I have PCOS and my provider was very informed , which is not something I had experienced during my regular visits with my Gyno , I would always hear to reduce my caloric intake etc. But my provider with Allara understood my struggle and recommended supplements and habits to balance my hormones and help with the weight.

I have been using Allara Health for over a year now. In that time my doctor and nutritionist have been switched because of restructuring. Which was disappointing. The new doctor I was assigned I don’t care for. Trying to get your medication refilled is a nightmare. You can never actually talk to customer service. You use a platform that says they will get back with you in up to 48 hours. I’ve had to request my medications to get filled multiple times. This past month I had to take it late because they never sent the refill in on time. I would suggest finding another company. I am certainly looking.

The dr and dietitian are both great, concierge seems resolved issues quickly.

I'm very very happy with my Allara experience so far. I've never felt more heard and more validated with my concerns. Meeting frequently has allowed us to make more progress managing my symptoms in the last year than I felt I've had in the last 10 years.
