We genuinely want to assist you as quickly as possible. Our customer service team will give you another call today. The purchase was easy and quick, with the items being now available; however, this is where the (-1) star comes to play, I received a couple of items from a close warehouse ( as stated when I purchased ) but the main delivery took over a week as it was driven by truck across the country, Once the items were in my posession, assembly went well and the components are super soft and very comfortable. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase, just wanted it quicker. Thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that your purchase process was smooth and that you’re enjoying the comfort and quality of your new items — that means a lot to us. We also sincerely apologize for the delay you encountered with the main delivery. While some items ship quickly from the nearest warehouse, others may need to travel from a different facility depending on availability, which can sometimes add extra transit time. We understand how excited our customers are to receive their orders, and we truly appreciate your patience during the process. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as it helps us improve our logistics and delivery coordination. We’re happy that everything arrived in good condition and that assembly went smoothly. Thank you again for choosing Aliving Home — we’re grateful for your trust, and we’re always here if you need anything!
