Please be aware that when I bought a chair from Aliving Home the restocking fee was 30% . Buyer beware!!! Imagvine a $865 price, and then a return has a 30% restocking fee. So when I return it, 50$ shipping be restocking fee of 30% for a cost of $259.50, so that my return costs me $309.50, a fee of ~36 %. Buyer beware!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you sharing your feedback. Our 30-day return policy includes free replacements or full refunds for any items that arrive damaged or defective. For returns due to reasons such as change of mind or size issues, a 30% fee is applied — this covers the inspection and handling cost, as we don’t resell returned products to ensure every customer receives a brand-new item. Please note that this 30% already includes the return shipping, so the total cost should not exceed that rate. We’re sorry for any misunderstanding, and we appreciate your understanding of our quality standards. This recliner actually won the American Good Design Platinum Award and has received wonderful feedback from many customers — we truly hope it can become a great addition to your home as well. We’d love to learn more about your experience so we can make things right. Our team will be in touch shortly.
