Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the recliner hasn’t been comfortable for you. We understand how important proper back support and seat comfort are, especially when sitting for longer periods. Regarding the reclining angle, this model is designed with a more relaxed lean to meet the needs of customers who prefer a laid-back seating position. However, we understand this may not be ideal for everyone. If you prefer a more upright angle, our office-style chairs on our website offer a firmer and more vertical sitting posture. Our support team will reach out to you shortly to assist with your refund request and make sure this is resolved smoothly. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the chance to make this right.
