Scam company. Chair is unusable.
The item "swansing zero gravity chair" purchased was advertised as "ergonomic" and "zero gravity." It arrived in a heavily damaged box with the quality seal on the seam obviously tampered with. We took pictures, called and emailed the company. In the meantime we took the chair out of the box to assess for damage and found the chair to be not at all as described, and as a result it is completely unusable. We requested a refund per their refund policy. They emailed us back asking for a detailed description of the defects of the chair they sent. We provided an extremely detailed explanation of all of the ways the chair is not as advertised whether by design or by quality control issues, or damage in response, the email we received from Aliving Home was a long list of suggestions on alterations we could make to remedy the defective chair we received. They offered to send us a pillow for head and neck, and gave us instructions on HOW TO SIT. For $900 our expectation is we sit on the chair and it is as described, as advertised, without adjustment. We have reminded them of their "zero-hassle" return policy and our expectation that they honor their policy. I am happy to post correspondence here if they continue to haggle with us and update this review once our issue is resolve

Thank you for sharing your experience. We want to reassure you that as a brand, we never sell used or open-box products. The broken authenticity seal you received was most likely caused during transit due to rough handling. The chair itself is brand-new. Meanwhile, we fully understand that comfort and fit are highly personal, and we sincerely apologize that this chair did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for sharing your honest feedback and for giving us the opportunity to look deeper into your case. We're glad we were able to connect with you directly and reach a resolution.
