Dislike: the back headrest needs to have more padding. Ones head tilts back too far when in most of the chairs positions. And, far more importantly, the footrest is far too short. May calves are halfway off the footrest when it is extended.

The recliner motor was broken, and I reported it immediately within 48 hours. I wanted to return it, but the customer service rep in the email was trying to convince me to have the motor replaced instead. The policy explicitly stated that if there was a quality issue, I have the right to return it without any hassle.

The sofa shipped (and arrived) in three separate packages, over the span of about 10 days. So we had big cardboard boxes sitting around waiting until all the pieces were here. The ONLY way to return the sofa is in its original packaging, which makes it extremely difficult - not only to carefully unpack the items, but also to disassemble it for a return. We wanted to return it, but realized (too late!) that we couldn't. The sofa is too small (we're both about 5' 10") and so is very uncomfortable. It's going to a consignment shop, so we lost several hundred dollars on this venture.

For larger furniture items, pieces are sometimes shipped separately based on carrier and warehouse arrangements, which can result in deliveries arriving over several days. We understand how inconvenient it can be to manage multiple large boxes while waiting for all components to arrive. Because of the size and structure of the sofa, original packaging is required to ensure safe transportation and to help avoid damage or excessive carrier charges during return shipping.
