I would have gave five stars but I was a little disappointed and the foot rest just too short for my size but firm and good for your back

Good response from support team
Good response from support team. However disappointed they did not have footrest motors available. The one on the chair received only lasted one week

Shipping box is too large and heavy
It’s a nice comfortable chair but in came in one large 95 pound box that would fit through the door. I had to open it outside and dropped the chair back on my brick porch causing several scratched. I suggest you ship in two box that will fit through doors

The New Chair
I adore the look of this chair. Its very Jetson's looking. Great lines. I ordered, got to choose my preferred delivery date, and it arrived exactly as promised. I love the nubby-fleece feel of the fabric. ( i got the white one). Very cushy seat, BUT I was not prepared for the short leg rest and it needs to be adjustable to a more upright back. It leans back. Easy to put together with no tools, but need 2 people to get the back on the brackets.

Good product, nice looking piece of furniture
Timely delivery, product was as described and pictured. The only comment I have is that the bottom drawer did not insert completely straight, so that pulling out and closing both drawers takes some manipulating. But overall not a significant detraction. I really love the included power strip/charger. Very convenient!

The purchase was easy and quick
The purchase was easy and quick, with the items being now available; however, this is where the (-1) star comes to play, I received a couple of items from a close warehouse ( as stated when I purchased ) but the main delivery took over a week as it was driven by truck across the country, Once the items were in my posession, assembly went well and the components are super soft and very comfortable. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase, just wanted it quicker. Thanks.

Not even close to the color in the photo
Great couch and delivery, but color is completely different than what it shows in the photo. I wanted orange but it's actually kind of a dull brown

Happy with our coffee table!
I was relieved to see that my coffee table was shipped from the US and arrived fairly quickly. When it arrived, the box was an absolute wreck. It was standing up the tall way because it was so insanely heavy, a dolly was needed to wheel it to my door. However, the arrows on the box indicated the box was supposed to stay the short way. I could barely drag it in my house it was so heavy. To my relief, the table was packed really well and there was no damage! Still, this really should be shipped in 2 different boxes that are more manageable. I was impressed that every item was clearly labeled, the instructions made sense. It was very easy to put together, way easier than the IKEA furniture we're used to, and we really like the way it looks and functions in our living room. It's great having a coffee table you can walk around, but then you can bring the top closer to you. The only thing I would change is the drawers are a bit sticky.
