This company is awesome. This was my husband and my first time ordering furniture online . We were a bit nervous when some very important parts of the sofa were missing (ie) the third part of the 3 piece of sofa. We didn't know that the sofa we order would come in two shipments but once I emailed customer support and called I was contacted immediately and my concerns we addressed. The sofa came the next day in perfect condition. I have also ordered a TV stand that arrived on time and in perfect condition. I am very happy with ALivinghome and I have refered my friends to check out the website.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We truly understand how ordering furniture online for the first time can feel a bit nerve-wracking, especially when items arrive in separate shipments. We’re glad we were able to quickly assist and clarify everything for you. It’s wonderful to hear that your sofa arrived in perfect condition and that you’re happy with your TV stand as well. Your satisfaction means a lot to us. We also sincerely appreciate you recommending ALivingHome to your friends—it really means a lot! If you ever need any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 😊

I LOVE my small cabinet! I don’t have alot of space so I ordered another one, exactly like it, to place on top of the previous one I purchased. 💛💛💛

Timely delivery, product was as described and pictured. The only comment I have is that the bottom drawer did not insert completely straight, so that pulling out and closing both drawers takes some manipulating. But overall not a significant detraction. I really love the included power strip/charger. Very convenient!

We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the look, quality, and timely delivery of your furniture, and that the built-in power strip/charger has been convenient for you — that’s one of our favorite features too 😊 We also appreciate you pointing out the drawer alignment. If you’d like, please feel free to reach out to us directly — we’d be happy to provide some quick adjustment tips or further assistance to help the drawer slide more smoothly. Thank you again for your support. We truly appreciate it and hope you continue enjoying your new piece!

Excellent quality. Leather 3 seat recliner arrived within days of ordering. Couch is exactly how appeared on website. Easy set up. Love it! Great lumbar support. Smooth reclining mechanism. I never thought I would have a reclining couch, and especially not with cup holders . . . but I love it.

Aliving home did NOT contact us to resolve the issue as they stated in my previous review. We continue to dispute this purchase. Swansing zero gravity recliner- with the seller. They have offered us a 20% restocking fee, however, they have also told us that they do not resell used or opened merchandise. The chair that we received came to us with an opened authenticity seal. This indicates that we were sold a previously opened/used chair. Their American good design Platinum award is a pay to play award, (i.e. fake), they use an affiliate program to sell their goods, and if you look at the comments under their advertising on various social media platforms, you will see that the same people are commenting over and over and over again, suggesting that they use bots. These are all deceptive advertising/marketing practices, in addition to their use of the terms "ergonomic" and "zero gravity." Nothing short of a full refund is acceptable under these circumstances.
