Do not get the sublingual trizepatide!
I have been on the trizepatide sublingual drops for 3 months and I haven't lost any weight. I have zero appetite suppression and was told it doesn't curb your appetite it stops food noise. Well the food noise is as loud as ever. I do not recommend I wasted $ 1500.00.

I really have to credit Josh for my positive experience
I really have to credit Josh for ensuring my experience was positive and seamless from start to finish. Like others, I was concerned about being scammed or the product not working. Not only did I reach my goal weight in under a year, I found the health practictioners to be responsive and helpful. When I decided to cancel, I shared my concerns with Josh and he ensured my offboarding would be smooth and hassle-free, which it was. I would choose Alan Meds again.

Exactly what I needed!
I needed a “weight loss/weight control” medication to help with the negative side effects of radiation therapy from cancer treatments. The Alan Meds medication stopped my desire for fast foods, over eating, and sweets. I was able to increase my physical activity and improve my sleep and overall health. The price, delivery and quality were very satisfactory and will recommend to anyone that needs weight loss and or weight control. As far as numbers, I lost over 20lbs, but for me more importantly I went from a pants size of 3XL to XL. The online management and customer service was excellent.

Warning!!! This company will steal your money and…
This company will steal your money and refuse to respond to emails or calls. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This company shouldn’t be trusted with anything, especially not anything as serious as your health!

Over the past few days, we’ve been managing an unusually high volume of requests, but we always strive to provide timely support and regret that we fell short here. As with other online transactions, payment is processed first, before orders are shipped out. Orders are only completed once the required medical intake information has been submitted and reviewed by a licensed provider. Because an intake was not completed, no prescription was issued and no medication was shipped. The account was canceled and the refund has been processed. Refunds generally appear within a few business days, depending on the financial institution. 5 months and no loss
Sign-up was easy. Meds arrived quicky. I've been helped regarding nausea and heartburn. My disappointment is with my weight loss. I have been in the program for 5 months and I haven't had any weight loss. I even started a strength training class twice a week and eat smaller portions etc. At the beginning I felt less hungry etc and now im at 60 units per week and I can't tell a difference. I've been told to be patient etc but im frustrated. They've said they'll increase the next dose but I don't have any guarantees that will help. Im feeling a bit ripped off.

Insufficient care continuity and lack of work ethic
Can't get through to a human being and "support" does not get back to me. I have my own patients to see all day, so I cannot take a phone call randomly. I have sent multiple follow up emails to both Stacie and "help."

Tried to cancel a reorder of…no response
Tried to cancel a reorder of Semaglutide but could not get customer service to respond, on line chat to help or no one called me back. This is totally out of control No customer service even though they say they are the best Not true
