If your glass viles are damaged. They will not replace it.
They sent my script from the compounding pharmacy one vile leaked upside down. It was hundreds of dollars they would not replace it ( at the pharmacy and I sent many many videos and photographs of the broken vile and the leaking do not go here you will regret it!!!!

They are not at all responsive.
They are not at all responsive. I left them at least three messages on their voicemail as they never pick up and no response. For a company dealing with peoples health I find that irresponsible and uncaring.

Grateful for my Alan Health Experience
Alan Health (and Andrew B) have been very responsive to my wellbeing, in that they’ve been prompt with orders, answering any questions, and if the person answering the call isn’t sure of answer to a question, they seek the information from their supervisor or appropriate person, and then call me back promptly. Alan Health associates are compassionate about my goals and my desire to achieve a healthier body and work with me in achieving my goals. I’m relieved I got connected with Alan Health.

They will not cancel my membership
They will not cancel my membership. There is no way to do it through the site, so I emailed the help function. They never canceled it, and today another charge was attempted on my card. Not cool.

All companies should conduct themselves like them.
I was having a horrible time of things financially because of identity theft and had to suspend my prescription for a GLP-1 med , which I had made a promise to myself that I would not do. It was finally something important I was doing for myself but I had no choice. Maryann was wonderful to me. She gave me a refund and more. She gave me warm, friendly and solid advice and support when I was at my most “down”. Every interaction I’ve had with Alan Healthcare has been a godsend. I would recommend it to everyone and I WILL BE re-establishing my relationship with them as soon as I possibly can.
