Zero. And I mean ZERO customer support. They do not answer the phone. They do not answer emails. They do not ship your medication. AWFUL. Just AWFUL. If I could leave zero stars I would. Avaid at all cost.

This was my second time using Alan's. I had a totally different experience! The first time I had monthly check ins to modify medication and progress. This time I had a really hard time getting someone to address issues I had, my account was put "on hold" so no medication was shipped. I paid in advance for 6 months(1500) which in turn ended up being 2 vials of medication in that time. After first shipment I ran out of medication for a full month trying to reach someone. When Alan's did respond it was to say they just started a new platform and were understaffed, not how to make it right. When I tried to reached them the phone number was "no longer in use". So not sure what is going on with this company now but I would advise against the pre paid plans just not worth it, really kind of a scam. My primary Doctor thinks that too. 1500=1 lb of weight loss!!!

Phones are disconnected and emails bounce. Looks like the company is closing. Beware!

I have been charged $1,950 four times in one year (almost $8,000 dollars). Am trying to dispute the last 2 charges. I get zero response. I have written many times. I cannot call because their phone number does not work. I am beside myself with anger. The failure of trust is staggering.

I am not sure this company is in business anymore. I am waiting on a refill. I did my check in with them online was charged on my credit card and was told that the script was sent to the pharmacy but have not received anything. Cannot get in touch with customer service online or by phone.

I have been trying to call Alan meds for over a week. I have left voicemails, phone calls every day, emails, and chats on my account. No response. There is an issue with my account and my purchase won’t process for my monthly billing. I’ve been trying to rectify it for 10 days! Terrible customer service.

My name is Dana. Every time I call to see where my médecine is, the phone says an error has accured. I have written there support no answer. They charges my card in april and I received my first bottles. They are now gone and no one will answer where or when my second shipment will arrive. I would caution anyone considering using this company until They get better reveiws. If you read the most current reveiws They have a lot in common. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

These people are ridiculous they have the worst customer service anywhere and they are the most expensive without a doubt, they charged me and than said they didn’t, I disputed with my credit card and they refunded me but than took the refund back so now I’m down $400 plus I have no medication and no one responds. I’ll have to wait for my credit card company to sort it out. I don’t recommend them at all
