My name is Dana. Every time I call to see where my médecine is, the phone says an error has accured. I have written there support no answer. They charges my card in april and I received my first bottles. They are now gone and no one will answer where or when my second shipment will arrive. I would caution anyone considering using this company until They get better reveiws. If you read the most current reveiws They have a lot in common. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

These people are ridiculous they have the worst customer service anywhere and they are the most expensive without a doubt, they charged me and than said they didn’t, I disputed with my credit card and they refunded me but than took the refund back so now I’m down $400 plus I have no medication and no one responds. I’ll have to wait for my credit card company to sort it out. I don’t recommend them at all

Beware that their GLP-1 microdosing products are somehow NOT intended for weight loss or weight management. They are instead a way for this company to deceive consumers into spending $800/month on snake oil that “supports healthy aging” and “promotes consistent, long-term benefits in harmony with your body’s unique needs” or some other such nonsense.

AlanMeds was excellent in my experience! I got the support I needed. And most importantly, the medication, in my case tirzepatide,worked wonderfully, arrived on time. I got support for the initial nausea that I felt at the very beginning of the treatment. I’m very satisfied with AlanMeds!

My first purchase was a 6 month program for over $1700.00. It went well, I dropped 30 lbs but it wasn’t because of any help from them. Along the way I had some questions. I presumed they’d check in periodically to ask how I was doing. Not one single communique from them. No phone calls. No emails. Attempting to contact and talk to a real person was the useless. The menu for chat never accepted my question which was how do I reach a real person. I received one response to an email but weeks late. The whole experience was odd considering this was a medical and pharmaceutical situation. Even my first question about how to properly handle the syringe was not answered. I figured it out myself. Again, very odd situation. BUT they renewed my prescription and charged me without my telling them I wanted it.

I signed up for Alan Health online and later attempted to cancel my subscription. Alan Health emailed me stating that account updates could be made through the portal until a specific date (January 24). Relying on that message, I logged into the member dashboard to cancel, but no cancellation option was available. Signup was completed entirely online, but cancellation could not be completed online. I contacted support before the stated deadline to cancel anyway. Despite that timely request, a renewal charge was processed. The renewal notices were sent from a no-reply email address, which made it harder to resolve the issue directly from the billing communication. My concern is not about the service itself, but about subscription practices. Cancellation was not as easy as signup, and billing proceeded despite a timely cancellation attempt within the window described in their own emails. Prospective customers should carefully review the cancellation process and not assume that changes referenced in reminder emails can actually be completed through the portal.
