My new LG dryer never worked and they had good follow up until a technician was finally able to fix it

AJ Madison sells products that are often incompatible with other appliances and gives no warning before purchase. Their customer service is unhelpful — they simply tell you that nothing can be returned, no matter the reason. The return policy is only 15 days, with a 35% restocking fee, which makes it nearly impossible to resolve any problem. Once they make the sale, they take no responsibility. I will never buy from them again and strongly suggest others avoid this company.

I made a simple mistake in measuring the space for a refrigerator so the delivery company returned the unit. AJ Madison charged me a 35% "Restocking Fee PLUS charged me for installation, an installation kit, water line and haul away fee, none of which they provided. Neither Lowes nor Home Depot charge such fees. I offered to buy another unit from AJ Madison but they would not waive the restocking fee. Do not make my mistake. Buy from a reputable supplier.

Jill was very friendly, helpful and followed exactly how she said she would.

Everything was simple and easy. I called with my order number and the consultant said that they would send me an email with the next steps to take. I followed the directions, return labels were emailed to me, and now my things are on the way.

Amanda did a great job jumping in and finishing what no one else seemed to be able to get done.
