Easy to use website, only some edge cases aren’t covered. In case AF web dev reads this: you wish to correctly to block entry of passport details when the passport will be expired on the date of the trip. The logic you apply for this doesn’t allow people to fly home with a valid passport and book the return after it expires. This should be allowed when flying to the country where the passport is issued. Was impressed you ranked partner airlines flights ahead of your own when more convenient, allowing us to fly AF one way and KLM back.

I have been very impressed with the options available, and with customer service at Air France. I recently had to change one reservation, and request a refund for another- both of which went very smoothly.

Correct, except the enterrainment system that did not work during the whole flight (3rd time it happens to me on Air France !!) cabin crew was professional and kind. Food was basic, similar to any other airline. It is a shame Air France does not serve french bread anylonger and that they dont distinguish themselves from other airlines with the french touch and good food
