We had heard Air France was a good airline to fly overseas. We booked round trip from DFW to BCN. We have not completed the booking, will be returning to DFW April 28, 6:10 AM departure ...Thus far, the flight itself into Barcelona was fine, con action in CDG was a nightmare!!!!! Worst AP I we have flown into, and we have been flying to BCN from DFW, for over 10 years ...The food on board was pathetic, service ...when they came good, but they never came in between meals to offer service ...something AA and Delta did....At this moment, will never fly AF again .... although AF owe us $700, we made a change and reduced the cost, yet we were told all we will get is a voucher. By the way, we are flying First Class, spent $16000 on our two tickets ....not remotely worth it

Awful experience during a flight from Mexico to Paris. There were many issues but most importantly the safety issue where the cabin crew left an overhead compartment open and didnt let me standup to close it. So it was open with suitcase inside above my head during landing. Also a lot of cleanliness issues - dirty napkins stashed in the seats and storage areas Not working headphones on both of our seats Staff refusing to provide water!!! (this was business class) And many other issue which are more minor so not worth listing here. Anyway a horrible experience. NOTE: I have raised complaints about the experience with the support and all they said is 'sorry' without even aknowledging all the issues and safety concerns

Shameful! Air France was quickly changing the prices on their webpage; the percentage of the new amounts was huge from a click to another.

The website did not work on my iPad and worked poorly on the computer. It took five attempts to buy a ticket.

I made the reservation with AF Bos-Waw on 10/24, which was confirmed by an email from AF with PJNVFX. I made this reservation from the AF polish website and paid in polish currency. The paid amount was withdrawn from my polish bank. 10 days later I wanted to make a reservation for another flight and I was trying to check my PJNVFX reservation and it was not there. Therefore, I called AF and they said that they have to cancel my reservation as they cannot accept polish currency, but I am lucky as AF transferred my money back to my account. I did not hear any SORRY! I have to make another reservation for the same flights and paid about $200 more but in US$! Imagine that if I would not recheck my reservation and come to the airport to take my flight, then what will be my surprise?

I bought my ticket online but my $50 credit was rejected. W5YBA2 It was a birthday credit from AF. BDUSDECPIR is the code. Will you credit the $50? Thanks

Impossible to get a person on the phone. I called multiple times, waited on hold for an hour, and then the phone system said "we won't be able to help you" and hung up. There's no text or chat option, and there's no "give us your phone number and we'll call you back" option. They claim to offer Facebook Messenger, and messages there also go unanswered. Very disappointing customer service from Air France.

Poor clunky online ticketing. Took an hour to purchase tickets. Impossible to go back a step without being forced to start all over again. Site also realllly slow. When going back to check about one of the "options" I had selected it had me start the ticketing selection process all over again. The seat I had selected then showed up as "occupied". Caution as the site also quoted me a much higher ticket price then my earlier search when I had logged in to Flying Blue. Only after clearing all history on my browser and initially ticketing w/out signing in, did I recieve the earlier price. Creates trust issues.
