AirfranceReviews of airfrance.us

I want to thank Karen # 11077 for helping me resolve my problems with my 2 reservations yesterday. My wife and I must have called more than 50 times with calls dropped by Air France phone system or different responses to our problems but no one could ever help. Finally, I talked to Karen #11077 and she understood and helped us with our reservations. Thank you so much Karen. From Rajan Bhatia and Vanessa Cardona Alvarez

As a Delta Medallion member I have flown AF business class international in the past and have been satisfied with the company. I downloaded the AF AP and purchased a business class ticket BOD to CDG for next year. It was seamless and easy to navigate.

I tried to book my flight 2 weeks ago (2 tickets) but the website kept giving me an error message. By the time I was able to book, the tickets prices had gone up and I had to pay about $500 extra on each ticket. When I tried to reach Air France on the phone, I got a message that they had too many calls and they could not answer the phone. This is still going on today. I wanted to book my flight directly with the airline thinking I would get better customer service than with an online travel agency, but i was wrong. I can't believe a big company like Air France cannot have better phone management and a website that allows a big amount of people to book flights online.

Went very smoothly. Good IT systems in place.

The actual booking was okay, but any flight management after booking has been a nightmare. The website is either broken or broken by design, and it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone who works there for assistance. It keeps erroring out without actually telling me why. I've always liked air france, but this is absolutely ridiculous. It's 2021, and not that hard to create a functional website.

I am being asked to report my experience immediately after making a travel booking; my flight is more than a week away. The booking experience so far has been poor. More than once the information I had already entered was lost due to "technical error" and required re-entry. Once I booked the flight, I received e-mails asking me to "complete the forms" which asked for all of the same information again (date of birth, gender, country of passport, etc.). Moreover, there is no "submit" or "done" button, so you don't know if and when you are done. What is worst, the form asked to "upload" the passport, but there was no button to actually upload any pages or images. This leaves me with a great deal of uncertainty and anxiety about whether my travel documents have been submitted ot OK.

Air France has great customer service, great planes, great crew, great food. I've been really satisfied flying with them in all cabins -- economy, business, and la premiere. Glad I tried them out for the first time a few years ago! Their branding is also beautiful

Very nice- simple and quick !!!
