My flight to Paris was cancelled
My flight to Paris was cancelled. Tried to reach an agent by phone three times. No way! Three 30 ministers waits. Three automatic disconnects. ☹️

Almost everything was easy to follow…
Almost everything was easy to follow except the senior pass and the loyal number which I found it later in the app, so I could not use it when buying the tickets.
