AG JeansReviews of agjeans.com

Excellent quality, great brand. Phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with most of my purchases from AG Jeans, and if I wasn't happy it was only because the style wasn't right for me. I love their quality and the quick shipping. I recently had an issue printing a return label and Customer Service was quick to step up and email me a label which I was able to print. Will always be a loyal customer.

Well besides the great sales prices and the super speedy shipping ; what really stood out was the amazing customer service ! I must have sent 3 or 4 emails with questions and got fast and informative answers ! Please start shipping to Canada 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I messed up my shipping order address and I reached out to them within 12 hours. They had it corrected and saved me a tremendous headache. They are wonderful people.

I saw that my order was going to the incorrect address. Customer service immediately changed the address so I wouldn’t have any issues. I also just love the fit of the jeans. AG are my go to jeans. I own about a dozen pairs.

I love AG jeans! They're the softest & most comfortable! Their customer service is also top notch - so quick to respond and so helpful.

Never did this before but I would like to tell you that I was very satisfy with this company A.G. Jeans . We don’t have them in Trois Rivières Qc Canada Very good service and fast service They took care of my inquiry quikly Richard

Ordered a pair of pull on jeans for full price. I sized up but they were still way too tight so I exchanged them for a larger size. Meanwhile, before I received the new pair, the jeans went on sale for a significantly lower price. I wrote to Customer Support and they immediately honored the sale price and refunded me the difference. I expect to like the jeans in the larger size.
