actually good and not

I have always loved AG jeans. Recently ordered a pair that was described at 31" inseam. They were actually a 29 1/2" inseam Not as long as described. Because i finally found a pair of jeans that fit me I opted to keep them & just wear them with flat shoes. Other than that the jeans are great. I would only recommend that buyer beware on the length.

Great clothes and even better service. AG's quality is the real deal: the fabric feels premium, the fit holds up, and everything I've bought still looks new. Get yourself a good quality pair of jeans, and the rest of the outfits is easy to make work. Their customer service is excellent too. They're responsive and helpful, and they actually take care of you. Easy five stars.

Top notch customer service! As a Canadian customer, I’ve been repeatedly impressed with fast shipping. Even more impressive is how quickly an email to customer service today resulted in a response and action (within an hour!) to resolve an issue with a discount code. Kudos to this customer service team! It turns out my favorite jeans might be my favorite for even more reasons now!

After a few months of use the clasp on my AG Stony Hill hat broke. After determining that they are unable to repair the item, AG promptly replaced it. Excellent customer service!

Hi!! So AG is by far my favorite jeans. I ordered my regular size and they were too small. Since it was final sale there were no options. I let the company know and they took care of me!!! You never get this kind of customer service any more. I was so happy. So, not only do they have incredible jeans but top notch customer service!!!!!!!!

BEWARE!! Lousy customer service. Items misrepresented on site. No return policy. NEVER AGAIN!!!
