BEWARE!! Lousy customer service. Items misrepresented on site. No return policy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible customer service - refused to grant price adjustments within a 30 day window because we had too many orders. Punished for being loyal customers who placed a lot of orders.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the resolution we provided. While our Semi-Annual Sale terms state that price adjustments are not available on previous purchases, we made a courtesy exception and honored a price adjustment on orders that were placed within 7 days prior to the start of the sale. Unfortunately, we were unable to extend that exception beyond those orders. We truly appreciate your loyalty and regret that our decision left you feeling undervalued.

I was not impressed with my AG Jeans from the very beginning. They stretch out more than other brands meaning it was hard to rewear them between washes. After 13 months, and probably only wearing my jeans around 20 times, I got a large hole in the back pocket seam making them unwearable. When I reached out to customer service they said they only stand by their products for after 8 months of purchase and they do "not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over an extended period." I have only ever washed these jeans on delicate cycle and always air dry them. I have Banana Republic jeans that are 12 years old with no holes in them, much better quality, and a fraction of the price. I definitely expected better for a premium price point jean. I was only offered a lousy 20% towards a new pair, but I will not be making any further purchases.

Bought a pair of AG jeans going by there size chart. When they arrived they were at least 3 sizes too big . They sent me the return label however one week after posting they returned back to me . I sent them photo of the returned parcel and jeans and they then informed me I had to go to a fedx location to return them which 2 hrs drive away from me . Then they tried to tell me the jeans in the photo were not the ones they sent me ( I don’t own any other AG jeans) Now they are not responding to my emails . Don’t let this company scam you like they did me

I have been buying AG now for a number of years however I won't be buying anymore moving forward. Prior to buying AG, I had never spent more than $100 on jeans. At the time, I wanted to try a premium brand thinking that they would last longer than the less expensive options. Unfortunately this is not how things played out. 7 of the 8 pairs have required multiple trips to the tailor just to keep them somewhat wearable. Given the massive sum of money that I paid for these I have insisted on trying to keep them viable to no avail. Only one pair have not required tailoring. All of the others have stretched out like there is no tomorrow. This, despite never putting them in the dryer or getting them dry cleaned. All fit awesome for the first couple of months but after that they started stretching in the legs making them longer, and the waist just kept getting larger and larger and larger. Not only that, but they also stretch out in the fanny as well making them look just downright sloppy. These issues have required multiple trips to the tailor in some cases to the tune of hundreds of additional dollars. The slim fit Marshall pants are now a pair of baggy parachute pants that are no longer wearable. The $80 pair of jeans that I bought from Banna Republic have held up significantly better. I have now been slowly but surely replacing them with 34 Heritage pants which have been awesome and better yet, have not required any tailoring. The vast majority of AG jeans and pants are the Everret fit now and I have no idea why. It is the worst of all the fits. Way to long and way too much loose fabric in the fanny. I understand, the company is owned now by a financial company so money is the focus not quality. It is clear that attention to quality is not a focus so as a result, I have purchased my last ever pair of Ag jean

Just be careful of their customers service. I returned one pair and saw it’s been two weeks since I sent it and one week since they received it. I email them looking for an update and the email comes back with an error multiple times. Once I initiated a chargeback for it since it was already sent off, they finally replied. No apologies or anything owning up to their email. Instead I get back and forth with what looks like a poorly constructed “inspect element” photoshopped cropped out to display how they reportedly had an issue replying to me as well.

Today AG Jeans lost a very loyal customer. I bought 3 pairs about 8 months ago which I rotated on a regular basis and wore moderately frequently. One pair developed a linear relatively clean tear in the right back pocket with the surrounding fabric pristine. The fabric underneath was also pristine. I went in expecting to get a new replacement pair for what most likely was a defect in the fabric making it prone to a tear. Instead I got an offer to purchase a new pair at 30% off. To me that is very poor customer service and very shortsighted. They lost a very good customer. In the future I will buy as good if not better jeans at stores like Nordstrom where you pay for what you get.
