L Ginger was very knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions and walked me through the process of using the medication properly. I felt very comfortable sharing information with her. I hope I get her the next time I have to speak with the practitioner.

Warm meds, poor internal communication, and 4 weeks without medication despite being billed
8/26 Update: second vial arrived 8/26 and was warm. The ice packs were warm, the medicine is warm, and it was sitting in the shade before I got home. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
8/30 Update: They told me it would be escalated and handled by the proper team. I have followed up via email multiple times and their online portal. I have not received any indication that they will be sending me new medicine that is not warm, even less a shipping notification. There is absolutely no urgency, communication, nor care for the patient. I have had to submit for a chargeback and changed to Pomegranate.
I’ve been with agile for 2 months now, and for both of my 4 week supply of medication it took upwards of 2+ weeks after being sent to the pharmacy to ship. When it does finally ship, they do not expedite the delivery to you. It is as if they want you to use the medication past the 28 day point, because if you don’t do so you will be without medicine for 2-3 weeks in my experience.
They also didn’t even get the prescription right initially. The NP that saw me recommended the injection over the pill, so I agreed to that change. Somehow they didn’t get the note from the NP and tried sending the pill rx to the pharmacy, and it took a week for me to get that corrected.
You cannot directly talk to a provider through the site, only their customer service. In addition, I had appointments rescheduled without my knowledge.
For context, I was billed 8/3 and should have had the fresh vial by 8/5 to remain on track. My medication did not ship until 8/21, and it will take almost a week to arrive. Funny how billing is done without issue but nothing is done to ensure people are receiving their medicine on time.

Hi there, we’re truly sorry for the shipping delays and the confusion surrounding your prescription. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with scheduling changes and gaps in your medication. We’re working hard to improve the Agile Telehealth customer service experience so these gaps don't happen. Please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this personally.
