I really liked the clinician but Agile had charged me for three months and I only received one prescription. Although she has nothing to do with billing, she still listened and opened a ticket for me with billing to address my concerns. I really liked her and hope I can get her again!

Tina is very good. She listened and explained. She is better than the Agile software which sucks, and appears to only be driven by cost (lowest) and not customer care. If my safety were a concern, I would avoid Agile. But Tina is fantastic.

While the medication itself is satisfactory, the cancellation process for this plan is entirely unacceptable. The website and mobile application offer no functional option to cancel the service. When attempting to cancel via phone, the automated system states that a cancellation link will be sent, but this link is never received. Furthermore, customer support via chat took three days to respond and failed to resolve the request. Please process the immediate cancellation of this subscription and confirm in writing.

Website and verification is horrible. Medication and fulfillment has been on back order for several months. They charged me and I cannot receive a refund. Customer service and their professional run around is the only good thing about this agency.
