Agile Telehealth video visit very convenient
Agile Telehealth made the whole process easy and stress-free. The nurse practitioner was friendly, attentive, and took the time to listen. I felt comfortable asking questions and confident in the care I received. Using video call technology was very convenient.

Agile charged me for the medication but…
Agile charged me for the medication but did not send it claiming that I needed to have a visit and that the medication had not been approved by a clinician. That seems backwards to me. Seems that we should’ve gotten approval prior to them asking me to pay for it but I was never promoted to even schedule the visit ahead of the request for payment.

Do not use them stay far away!
Do not use them stay far away!! They will give you an appointment then say that they need proof of prior medication from your doctor and tell you they won’t charge you until they receive the form. However, they will still start charging you for medicine that they are not sending you even, when they haven’t received the form they said they had to have! They don’t make it easy to cancel or remove your card!
