NP was helpful in explaining HRT. I wanted to get into detail about weight loss but the subject was overlooked. I wil try what she suggested and then bring it up again, as this is my big concern as well.

Communications at first were great, now months into the program it’s gone right down hill! Emails & nurses may reply within 24-48 hours? That’s helpful! Doing great on meds for 3 months, Agile changed my Rx & it made me very sick! No notice was given & when I called stating my dose had changed they told me it was the same as before, different manufacturer. Replying to Agile email: currently in the process of waiting for follow up from Agile from my sent email. Called patient support & got the run around. My email has been escalated, still waiting on the RN’s call. Questions regarding Rx change were expressed weeks ago to Agile.
