FIRST of all i have aetna medicare advance -this ties to horrible cvs not answering phones i have ppo my insurance increased -from regular mail handlers plan 148.00 - to 262.00 doc lieborwitz mclean avenue -gave up sending contact to cvs but walgreens 10703 same zip ,put the order through -this scam 1 touch ,lifescan would not be covered the meter -and delay the strips past 90 days one touch should go of buissness -my meter isn't free -so i should be reinbursed fully -see my trust pilot reviews all senions stay away -one touchreflex meter and aetna they recieves lies about april 1 order and the delay is just making await 90 day free supplys ---i couldn't believe this insurance knew all the customer support i should ,and all senions if scamed should forward to all senions -- defective meter lancets and customer support if senions go through this just act on this see my trust reviews ultra touch see how long this is going on ---TODAY I FOUND THAT THE SRIPS LANCET WERE DELAYED SEE WHAT THE SCAM IS THEY ACTED THAT everythings okay -meter devected will not be replaced -- till next year once again charged 262.00 any senion who trust one touch or aetna -shouild all be reinburst -c orruptly bill more -for less

A claim required documentation from my surgeon. Aetna did not contact my surgeons office for the documentation and just denied the claim. When I called them they couldn’t explain why they hadn’t made the contact. The first time I called they said they would call and request the records. When I called a second time to follow up, they daid that I would have to get the records and send it to them! Made no sense and I had to jump too many hoops. So I called a third time and the representative said that they will call and request the records. Inconsistent and providing bad service on basic stuff.

Employers should avoid offering Aetna to their employees. My worked hours are heavily spent on filing for grievance because Aetna keeps producing incorrect EOBs. Aetna is not an insurance that should be offered by employers because their claim department prevents employees from focusing on their work. When my PCP submits claim with correct PCP visit code, Aetna creates incorrect EOBs with specialty copay. Staff on the phone is not helpful, unnecessarily argues against my request to have the claim reprocessed. It takes several phone calls with Aetna during my worked hours. I feel bad for my employer who would want to see me work rather than dealing with Aetna grievance process.

Il bloque les remboursements pour toute la famille pour obtenir des informations confidentielles. Non respect de la RGPD et surtout ils changent de contrat sur la plateforme sans en informer donc garde bien une copie dans votre ordi… Bref ne contractez pas avec cette entreprise mafieuse Si des journalistes sont intéressés je dispose des documents qui prouvent mes dires. Leur DPO est tellement bon qu’il nous a transmis des données non protégées j’ai donc les mails et nom des interlocuteurs

My workplace forced me to get medical insurance with this company whilst I was working abroad and it has continuously been a pain to have. They're always on time to collect their payment every month, obviously, but getting the services that the insurance promises? Difficult, if not impossible. I was promised that my pre-existing medical issue wouldn't be an issue because my medication wouldn't be covered but the routine tests I needed would. I checked this when I first got insurance with them. Not a single one has been covered by the company, including MRIs, CT scans and ultrasounds. I got diagnosed with a new medical condition a year ago, which required a lot of brain scans and - surprise, surprise - they wouldn't pay out. Including emergency room visits because my condition got so bad. FINALLY, after three years I got them to agree to pay out for a severe kidney infection that landed me in the hospital. For two months, they've been dragging their feet with payment, claiming that the doctor must have misdiagnosed and my bank account details are wrong (which I copied and pasted from other companies' forms who have paid me with no problem). I'm still waiting on the payment and they're still arguing with me. Honestly, if I didn't have to pay this company so much every month, I'd probably be able to fund my medical bills with no problem but instead, I'm broke AND have to pay the bills myself. Avoid at all costs.

Aetna's Medicare programs are worthless. I was told my new CPAP was covered, not once, but twice over the phone. All I had to do was send in my invoice and a paid receipt. I sent them in and they denied the claim!! They said I was missing some type of code or something. Really? An insurance company can't figure out their own codes? I have been fighting with Aetna for the past three months and they keep denying my claim. I'm now out $1050.00. Stay far away from Aetna. They lie and don't pay claims.

Terrible service. It took 5 months to be reimbursed and I had to send them dozens of email. Their reimbursement team is abroad and does not speak proper English which makes things even more complicated.

I'm a Aetna Medicare ins. Member. I had an operation last Wednesday and I'm supposed to get food delivered to me. I have been on the phone with then for 2 days about 2 hours each time for multiple times each day. I only get the runaround every time I was transferred to dead phone numbers 4 of those times and they lied to me every time. One lady was very RUDE and also got extremely loud with me. The last time the lady informed me it would be about a week or more for me to get the home delivery food. What good is the food after I'm over the operation. This ins. Company is completely out of touch with reality. I will have a new ins. Company before the day is over. On top of all this I'm a 100% disabled veteran.
